I would tell everyone to be patient. Don't buy the stuff from EA because it is in the game you purchased already; it just has to be redeemed with the code. This is unbelievably frustrating.

the redemption code is the way to get what you're promised on the back of the box. don't buy anything.

I called EA yesterday. They said that Sony only updates their store on Tuesdays at noon pst. The DL has been available for purchase for a while, but the codes won't be valid until the store updates.

My next problem is the ME tie-in via the supposed in-game comic or whatever they wanna call it. I know we PS3ers don't have ME, so they put this interactive comic thing for us to "play" and make decisions.
So...how do we find it? How do we play it? Is it, too, part of the DLC?

here is my problem... I bought my ME2 here in the Philippines and have a US account, the code didnt work. So I created a HK account and voila the code worked, cerberus network is currently dling on my ps3. Thing is though.. I want trophies etc on my main account. So how is that? i cannot access cerberus on my US account anymore even on the same ps3?

I don't know if that's true. I was told something different by EA. They told me that they would send me a new code "shortly." That was an hour ago....

Good thing I was at the store right when they opened. If the game is not going to work until PSN update, then why not release after the update or do the update the week before launch. This is bad form and I should have known better than to trust EA on anything.

They should know better. I'm not waiting anymore, I'll just play the game and restart when all that is gonna work properly. I didn't buy a game to shelve it.
