I was able to redeem my Cerberus network code but it says when i get on ME2 ps3 it says connected to EA but doesent show the network... weird

If you are getting the 80023156 error, you HAVE TO WAIT 24 HOURS before you try it again. This isn't a problem with Bioware. This is a problem with PSN in general. You tried to activate the code several times already. It's a block to prevent you from doing that, and it lasts 24 hours. Wait until the 24 hours is over then try again.

The codes not working issue has been fixed.
If you are still having a problem, a couple of steps:
1 - Have you contacted EA Customer Service as indicated? Have you made them aware so we can fix teh issue?
2 - Have you explained exactly what is happening to you? Simply yelling "FIX THIS" doesn't help.
So, if you are still having problems, please explain with detail what is not working for you.

And again in Poland i can't redeem - it's say that my code is not valid. Addidtionaly i can't login even to the customer support
