The screen that displays the cerberus network is not there. The network cannot not be accessed. The only options I have are New Game and Extras.

After I press the start button and my options are displayed but the Cerberus computer is shut and says connected to EA Chris.

I personally entered the code through the PSN store, but in order to access the comic, or any other DLC, the cereberus network needs to be up and running. It hasn't been since I bought the game yesterday.

Customers in Europe Having this problem
Your codes will NOT work until the game is released in Europe Jan 21. That is the release date and trying to make them work sooner may cause problems. If you have tried already, I suggest waiting until your release date and trying again then.

Ok, for North America. I have done some checking. Here is what to do:
1 - The initial problem has been fixed and new users will not experience this.
2 - Those of you who did get this problem initially, please contact the EA Customer Service and they will directly help you activate your codes so you can play immediatey.

That is up to Sony and when they make it go live in EU.

Hi, i have the european version (they sold it today in Italy in Mediaworld)...

i have installed the game, then i have connected with my EA account, and after that, the windows popped up asking me if i want to use my Cerberus code.

I say yes and the PSN windows pop up.

I insert my code (i did it several times) and there is always the same error popping up:

"The code was not accepted, it can be a non valid code or it was inserted wrong... pls try again..." all in Italian... i translated it in some way here.



I checked the code several times and i put it in right,.. do i really have a NON valid code????? the game was new and still closed.



Any idea?

oh, I wanted to expierience the comic... now we have to wait when Sony relase already relased game:)) laugh or cry - I do not know.... So OK, We will wait...



I hoped the comic will be on the disc as well... It should be. It is the only thing needed to start the game properly. All other things could wait and be downloaded later during the game... And I always save the Council:)))



Sometimes it is very hard to understand the reasons, but...

give me new DLC and I'll forgive everything:))))))))

EU-PL here, I got my copy yesterday, installed the game, connected to EA servers and redeemed code on PSN, downloaded Cerberus Pack, installed etc. everything worked - so I didn't had any issues.

I agree with rinoe, the comic had to be in disc.... now nobody can start to play.

Strange... It seems so that some eu codes works and others not.
Mine dosen´t (Ger-PSN). But other guys posted that they could redeem it sucessfuly.

Very anoying. Without the decisions in the comic I won´t start the game.

Im in england and I have the same problem code not valid, I understand really its not until friday.

However people who ordered this from online retailers normaly get it early so just giving the mods a heads up that you may be in for a bumpy ride tomorrow when you get flooded with people who cant use codes.

wow this is really stupid. I live in Belgium and the code doesn't work for me either. pfff have to wait till friday to play the game :s
