Don't preorder anything again. Cancel the Dead space 2 and Dragon Age 2 preorders. Don't buy on day one ever again. Preorders are a good indicator of how successfull was the marketing. They care about preorders. They show hype and anticipation and make them think that they can do whatever they want. Let's show them that we customers are the reason they exist. They must learn to adjust their policies to what we want not adjust the customers to their policies. I don't care who's fault it is. Make things simple!

I just want the comic. Just give me the damn comic that was promised and I'll die a happy girl. I'm from the Asian part of the world and the code still isn't working. A final date as to when it will finally work would be nice. They say that the comic triggers after the Normandy explosion, soooo yeah, frankly I could live without all the DLCs and just pay for it afterwards.

the only error of Bioware / EA was to not include the comic (that allow us al at least to START this game), in the BD.

That is really something i do not understand...



i forgot ( I played several times ME1, and i always and i still save the council and i alway and still will sacrifice Ash and save Kaidan)... so why does Miranda (other terrible face like Ash), says: Sheppard sacrificed the Council and Kaidan... Only stupid humans would sacrifice the Council... bleah...

That is why i NEED the comic, because io want to choose again the council to save and Ash to sacrifice, and make my love Liara.



Sony failed with the psn, but Bioware failed putting the comic as cerberus download.... that was an EPIC FAIL that we all will remember (and also rewiew should consider with the final vote).

How about we remain patient and polite. All this flaming and blaming has no purpose at all. Tomorrow all of you here will be playing Mass Effect 2 and loving it.



I am in the same boat as you. Yes it would have been convenient to have the comic book on the disc, and yes I too have taken days off of work. But let us not forget Mass Effect 2 comes out officially tomorrow on the 21st of January 2011, and on that date everything will work (probably/hopefully).

For Europe the official reease is 20. and it doesn´t work!

"You should be able to redeem your code after 10 AM PST on 21st January, 2011."
Which is the WORST! Thats like 6PM my time, Denmark, Europe. Screw the DLC, I just want
the comic to make the story make sense!

edit: its been said before, why on earth not include the comic on the disc?!

Ok your right and I don't blame anyone and i think everyone here is polite about it. But if you pay 60 euros or dollar and have waited sooo long for this game why should you have to wait 2 days??? Some people don't have much time to play games and if we do have time something like this happens. Like I said I don't blame Bioware. But EA wants to reduce its use of second hand gaming (which is really dumb) and uses this codes and I think EA gives Sony the permission to activate the servers. But what scars me now is the fact that some people have HUGE freezing problems etc I hope we can all enjoy this epic game tommorow



Off Topic: We should thank the developers for their hard work but please do things for love of your supporters (US GAMERS) and not for money....

Yes I already posted the hour and date last night and the EA Cat support said 10.00 AM to me too; I live in Belgium so it will be 10.00 AM in Denmark too:)

What comes around goes around. They could have been polite enough to make an official press release and say WARNING TO EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: The DLC of the european version of the game will not be available before X date. So don't try to redeem those codes. Then put it up somewhere that anyone can see and avoid all this. They won't do that because they want you to buy the game as soon as possible because if you know you will wait or buy something else and postpone this for later.

Well, I guess it´s a relief to know what the problem was... I bought it today and Cerberus Network does´nt work for me either. But I´ll wait til`tomorrow.



I´m extremely annoyed by this though.

I've had this issue with EVERY single game for PS3 that came with a redeem code, so I guess its not Biowares fault but Sonys, last game was Enslaved to have issues with redeem codes.



But its sad it has to happen, now I have to wait 1-2 days until its working to redeem.

I would like to tell you that game severs would go live on 21st January,2011 for European countries.
You should be able to redeem your code after 10 AM PST on 21st January,2011.

Weird I was having the same issue with the UK version today (a day before the proper release date) and now it is downloading the DLC five minutes after I last tried. Maybe it is trial and error...

Well, as long as it's working at, or around 10AM tomorrow, I see no reason to complain. I saw every shop here, and even Wiki list the 21st as the official release day of ME2 for PS3, so I'm fine with this.


Edit: Seems they might be working, I'll test mine now.
