 When I go to this site, https://masseffect2....ts.bioware.com/, it immediately gives me bioware points upon completion of purchase.

However, when I use https://eastore.ea.com/, the ea store, it won't give me bioware points.

Is something wrong with the eastore? If so, I'd like my money back, it charged my credit card, but it gave me 0 points.
