"This rich, action-packed space adventure is immensely entertaining on
its new platform, though the transition isn't wholly smooth."

Finally, a review that doesn't just go "better graphics=better game, lulz." Though I'm disappointed at the praise they heaped on the comic. It was terrible.

Could it be? An ME2 review with a score under 9.0?

Gamespot officially hates the PS3. There is not a single "issue" they brought up in the PS3 version that wasn't already present in the Xbox360 version yet they gave that one a 9.0.

I have the PS3 version and the frame rate is of NO concern and graphically the game is a step up from the Xbox 360 version.

The very idea that the inclusion of a DLC for free can be counted as a negative boggles the mind.  The Kasumi DLC was EXCELLENT!  Going on an undercover mission to solve a mission added variety to the game and the resolution to Kasumi's story was touching.
Not to mention Kasumi's talents are some of the most entertaining in the game and her insight on the mission adds depth and character to the game's already exceptional plot.

SCREW YOU Gamespot and DROP DEAD!

It seems like most of their complaints were about the extras.

I want to slug the reviewer in the quad for saying that the inclusion of Kasumi actually weakened the narrative.... the bloody hell? She enriched the experience of ME2 - she's a terrific character with a very interesting story and background. Gaah!

No kidding!  And if they really felt her inclusion hurts the game then they can just not bother recruiting her in the first place.

Imagine how much that would've helped a game like Final Fantasy XIII if you could simply choose not to ever meet Vanille.

It's a fair review - technical issues shouldn't be present when the game is already made, it should have been much more improved than that.

There are no technical issues that weren't already present in the Xbox 360 version. Technically the game does improve upon the Xbox 360 version by having better looking textures, faster load times, and better looking cutscenes.

There is no such thing as a bug free game and to make such a minor issue such a huge focus of the review as Gamespot did is nitpicking.

The game should have at least gotten a 9.5 or 10.
