Help, Where come the redeem code in the box of the game mass effect 2 (PS3) ??? Does come on the manual, outside of box???? where???

Within the packaging of the game, you should have a game manual and a slip of paper that says "Activate the Cerberus Network" with the Cerberus Network code printed on it.

These codes are one-time use only, so if your code is missing or used, you may need to contact the retailer for further assistance.

Alternately, you can purchase the Cerberus Network DLC from the Playstation Store or the Xbox Marketplace.

This is the PS3 version ZarHall. I think the comic is a separate DLC for the PC.

You know, in a way i think it's important to do the Genesis things because it could affect your game in ME3. Personally, i just learned today that it existed, i finished the game tonight and was all happy, went on the internet to look up things and saw "Hey you can download Genesis and make 4 or 6 major choices since you can't import your game from the first game".

Real great. Now i probably have to start all over again...As i do believe it will affect the sequel.

I activated cerberus network today..at least I think I activated it.I downloaded DLC and installed it.I see it installed on HDD.But my problem is comic isnt starting.So what should I do ?

First time I tried it, Genesis didn't work. But I exited the game and went back to the marketplace and then booted up the game again and like mentioned in an earlier post Miranda didn't mention Sheppard letting the council die nor the ship being destroyed. Another difference is that instead of you ordering Ashley to board the shuttles after telling you Joker won't leave, its the ship's doctor. (Forgot her name, apologies)

Hey is there any way to access this comic without the cerberus dlc pack or anything like that? since i bought the game second hand (over here they stopped selling the new versions for some reason) i dont get the cerberus pack >.< so i have no idea what to do i hate the default choices in the ps3 version i want kaiden and wrex to be alive!

I've just got this game, and I really want to keep Kaidan alive for my male Shepherd for Mass Effect 3 (this comic seems to be the only way of doing that). I've bought the Cerberus download and installed it, but there's no sign of the comic after the explosion. Miranda still talks about me letting the council die every time. I've just paid £12 for this DLC (the free code ran out 1st January... grr...), it's not unfair of me to expect it to work. I've read this entire thread and still nothing. Anyone else been in a similar position and got it working?

I think I may have just got it sorted on my (UK) PS3 account. I finally heard back from EA customer experience who gave me a UK code, so I'm giving props to them for hooking me up with a new working code, despite it technically being out of date, better late than never.

I had to download through PSN and then, once it had dl'd go back to the main PS3 main menu, go to the 'game' sub-heading and click on the Cerberus pack to install it. Literally just going to start a new game myself and see if the comic comes up which should indicate that it has actually installed...

Sorry about that. If it's any consolation, at least we both know it's not just us. Still, very disappointing. If I pay for DLC, I want it to work.

Honestly DLC makes a mockery of gaming these days, I never used to have the problems on PC when all that was involved was installing the game and maybe the odd patch or expansion pack and never once had a problem with console games until DLC came about and now I get all this. It would be much better going back to the good old days of time splitters with 4 player split screen and not an online connection in sight! More sociable too, I've spent about 3 or 4 days now just trying to get the 'included' content to even work.

That's stupid. The comic should appear as the first thing to ever happen. I mean example, as Default with male shep, Miranda says you killed the council and ashley is alive, but after normandy crash you can choose to go " oh wait no, we lied, we SAVED the council and Ashley is actually Kaiden with a girls voice" wtf o0

Wait... This scene playes BEFORE comic? Anyone can confirm? I wanted to buy PS3 version at some point, but this is a huge deal-breaker...

I just finished this comic couple minutes ago.
On PC version it goes like this:
- Scene where Miranda talks to Ilusive Man
- Scene where Normandy is being attacked
- You play Shepard for a while to save Joker
- Scene where Shepard is floating in the space after Normandy is destroyed
After that comic appears.
And yes, it's like Muffin_Man87 said - Miranda says that council died and in comic we can choose that we saved them.

I didn't have any problem with this DLC. Bought it, downloaded, installed, started game - it works.

Hey I was wondering if Mass Effect 2 DLC Genesis comes with the Cerberus redem code on Xbox 360 I have just activated my code but Genesis is not listed online when I have looked at my account

Activated code, didn't get anything, lost all save games twice in playthroughs, but not disappointed since i bought the damn thing for 5$ on steam sale.

so...yeah, pretty much having to restart everytime i finish jack mission.
but still glad i only wasted 5$.
