I ordered 4/5 days ago 1600 bioware points for two times and 560 bioware points; the problem is that i haven't received them yet!!! Why?

If you used Paypal to pay for them there is a glitch with it. You will need to file a report or go thu the Support live chat to get them.  First tho I would make sure the money cleared your bank just in case.
