I'm trying to add 800 Bioware points to get the Shadow Broker DLC, but whenever I click the "Pay now" button on Paypal, it redirects back to the points site with this domain: comlockbox-ui. Both Internet Explorer and Firefox are unable to open the URL because of this, so the transaction isn't completing. Any ideas?

I'm having a similar problem. I purchased 1600 Bioware points with paypal and then I got an error message saying the site is no longer available. I've been billed, I have an invoice, but no Bioware points.

Yup! Chat is the way to go. Had the ame issue here. All good now.

Very quick resolution. Took about 10 minutes and my points were added. Make sure you have a screen cap proving PayPal transaction available.

I had problems logging in to the support page as well. Try using your EA login ID then try your email address in the username field. You may need to create an EA account of you do not have one.

Good luck.

Thx for your anwser, but both EA-ID and E-Mail don't work.
I have an EA-Account and I use it for some other games.
Last Year, I bought some Bioware-Points with PayPal without problems.
When I try to login with my EA-ID, I get an pwd or username error, but when I take the mail-address, no error is displayed ...

*Sigh*
Their website is horrible. Try this: Enter your mail address, leave password blank, then click "create new account." It should recognize you have an existing account and allow you to retrieve your password, even though you already know it, then see if you can get to the point where you verify your account. I know it's a pain, but I had to fool around like this to eventually get myself logged in to support. Once inside, getting my points was pretty easy.

Ok, I tried what you said, but it redirect automatic to my EA-account overview ...
No chance to login at the support-site. Generally my Login (ingame, EA-Account and bioware social net) works fine exect the support-page. I also tried to change my pwd (without special characters) but it doesn't solve my problem.
Last year, I bought sometimes Bioware-Points (PayPal) without a problem. Last week I registrated ME2 and some dlcs and it works. Then I tried to purchase some more Bioware-Points with Pay-Pal and troubles started. The Support doesn't answer and I can't login at the suppport-page to use the chat function.
I think I wait till tomorrow and then try to get my money back at PayPal ...
