I've been trying to upload new avatars recently and for some reason when I press the "Upload info" button the little memo that that says "Uploading Info" pops up and keeps blinking like normal. Only thing is that it stays there for what has so far appeared to be an infinite amount of time as I've had to shut down the program each time cause it is taking far too long. And of course when I cut it off the image doesn't upload. So what's up with it? Why is this happening now? And what can I do to fix it?
Any help is appreciated.

With a lower bound of 43 character files I'd say you are well above the file limit. You will need to delete some of your characters.

Also it's only my profile, not my computer. I know cause I had a friend try it and it didn't work for him either. It just stayed on that screen and when he closed the program on my profile the picture didn't load. it was just a broken image thing. and on my profile diagnostic said the picture hadn't uploaded but the xml (i think that's what it's called) did.

Ghost Lightning, there's a storage limit of 50 files on your persona. You've used at least 43 and probably all 50, you can see the exact count in your profile diagnostics. If I'm right, you will need to delete some characters from your persona (not your drive) before you can upload again.

It says I have 65 but it only lists 22 of them. Where do I go to delete them?
