This is probably not happening, but i wondered if i wanted to get Mass Effect 2 on 360, but i bought DA: O on PC, if i could somehow get the Blood Dragon Armour on my 360.

Yeah you can. If I am correct you should be able to use a promo code to unlock the Blood Dragon Armour on both games.
Lore: You used the English (not American) spelling of Armour (instead of Armor) - just thought I'll tell you that - I'm Australian myself.

The armour adds 3? strength, some resistance: 15% fire, and has 18.35 or something like that defence. Overall, it's a great set of armour and you will likely use it for most of the game. Only downside is that you have to wait a few levels to wear it because it has a 38 strength requirement. Did I mention that the armour looks absolutely kickass? One way or another it is completely worth it. You can only access it once you reach Ostagar though, and need to buy the gauntlets, boots, and helm yourself and you get the breastplate right away, though it only costs about 9 to 10 gold altogether.
P.S.: I'm canadian so I write in non american english. So I will put the u in armour.

By the time I had enough strength to wear the Blood Dragon Armor, I found better armor so I really had no cause to use it. That was very disappointing. It also looks as if it belongs in Mass Effect particularly the helm.

Only big problem with the Blood Dragon Armor is that it looks wrong on elven females. But there's another topic on that somewhere.

There's a fairly straightforward way to recover DLC items lost at the Dwarf Noble origin.
1. Save the game.
2. Quit to the main menu.
3. Disable the DLC.
4. Force Load the saved game.
5. Save in a new slot.
6. Quit to the main menu.
7. Re-enable the DLC.
8. Load the game.

It looks wrong on everyone because it uses crazy low-res textures that refuse to be anti-aliased! They really ought to fix that!

I bought the game about 2 weeks ago and it had a code for Stone Prisoner, but didn't contain a code for Blood Dragon Armor. Is there any way for to get a code ? Should my package have included a code, but it didn't , for some reason ?

It looks **** on every character I've seen so far. Huge belly and no awesome shouldpieces to match the other armours.

I personally think it looks horrible. I've even taken it off and dropped my armor rating from maybe 24 back down to 10 because I don't like the look of it (same reason I don't wear a helmet). That's from memory so my numbers might be a little off, but it was a huge decrease - more than half.

In my opinion, the armour looks kickass. The thing is though, its high level armour. As you need 38 strength to use it, it is a possibility that you will find better armour before then. But if you play like me and pool all your points into strength so that you do more damage and stuff, you can use the armour by level 6, if you are a warrior and put all 5 starter points into strength and all points afterward into strength also.

Just wondering...can we use this armour if the game version is 1.01b? cause apparently, it says it can only work in Version 1.0....which sucks

^Can anyone answer this? I recently updated to 1.02 and can't enable Blood Dragon Armour(only works in version 1.0)

I'm using it in 1.02, although the stats seem to have changed.

Did you patch it before you enable the armour or the other way around? I reinstalled the game, patched it to 1.02 and then downloaded Stone Prisoner/Blood Dragon Armour, former is working fine but can't get the latter to work yet, any tips?

ONE QUESTION, CAN MAGES USE IT?
#24
Posté 20 mars 2010 - 04:45
If you have unlocked a particular specialization, then yes your mage can use it. Otherwise, no. and it isn't available without modding in Awakenings.
