i tried to add some bioware points to my account using a paysafe card but i didnt get any points and my paysafe points got decreased! can somebody tell me whats wrong?

There is a specific gamers' forum for POINTS discussions. As always, these Bioware forums are not for Official Support, which is handled on EA's Help Site. These forums are for gamers to discuss various subjects with one another, and it isn't POINTS in here, but rather help with using the forums themselves.
