Garrus- he has been my right hand man since ME1, and fighting the Reapers just wouldn't be the same without him
Miranda- My LI in ME2, suprisingly warmed up to her once i began romancing her. A great "ice" counter to Ash's "fire"
Ash- my LI in ME1 and my favorite LI of the two. Hope i can still romance her in ME3 even if i have to dump Miranda
Tali- kind of my "little sister" from ME1. Hated that she wanted to romance me in ME2, hopefully I wont see that in 3
Wrex- My second Battle Buddy, alongside Garrus. Always had the two of them in Me1- would be great to have him at my side in ME3
Aria- Something about he screams "badass" and I would love to see her in my team in ME3, the perfect Asari IMO
Legion- ....do I really need to explain this one?
But otherwise, i would love to see your surviving team from ME2 be your squad in ME3, but i would also like to see some great in-game moments that would only appear if certain members died, just to make sure everyone doesnt just roll a "perfect ending" approach in ME2 just to do bteer in ME3

Tali and Garrus are the only two I really liked from ME1. I wouldn't mind all surviving characters coming back but I'd really like Tali, Kasumi, and Garrus above all others.
