I've noticed on Youtube and other sites that some people seem to think Dragon Age 2.  Why is that?

1.) There's been changes and some are being received negatively

2.) It's the internet, and especially Youtube

It is easier to join to complain than to praise, and people tend to be more vocal in their complaining whether it is justified or not.

I think the turn there taking is exactly what they did with mass effect 2, not bad just linear.

Because its youtube, and i wouldnt put too much in people who say, gay or lame and such, besides people will most likely change their tunes when the game is out, and then DA 3 is announced and its starts all over..... good times..

It more that change is always viewed in a negative light. It just depends on the situation and the group of people.

I for one think that Dragon Age 2 looks amazing! The new combat system looks greatly, every class, even mages, can now get into the heart of battles. I personally love the conversation wheel. I wasn't too crazy about just picking what my character wanted to say. It seemed like he had no personality, and was just a robot who....well....killed people. Hawke at least will have a broader background than the character in Dragon Age: Origins.

Plus Mass Effect 2 was an amazing! Making the game sort of like it wouldn't be such a bad idea.

When I first read this, I thought you were talking about DA2, not those making the comments.

It made me laugh a little when I got it straight.

YMMV. ME2 was mostly filler, something I hope doesn´t happen to DA2. I don´t like much the fixed outfits (mostly Isabella, he seems taken from some mangas), and the fighting is so over the top it´s stupid, although at least this time it looks characters won´t pause to take a breath between swings. I like the voiced PC, Origins had too many instances were the character´s muteness was jarring. And we lost race choice.

It was the same before DAO came out.

People hating on the MM video, saying the game will be nothing but mindless combat, complaining about the fact that they can't play as a human commoner, that Morrigan's lips are too big and that she wears a bikini and any difference from BG was greeted by outcries of "How dare they call it a BG spiritual succesor!"

To me Dragon Age 2 looks like its going to be amazing

Its because their parents never loved them and so they want to put down others so humanity will understand the pain they feel, and also they seriously need to get laid.
