My speculation of the minimum system requirements due to the upgrade of the engine would be:
2.4 GHz dual core processor
3GB RAM for Windows Vista/7
25 GB of hard drive space (all DLC to be released)
512 MB GFX with 4.0 Pixel shader
DirectX 10.1
pure speculation with the increase of the engine and trends in industry,
