This is the PS3 Technical Support section. Console games will not show up in Origin. If you have a retail copy of Mass Effect 2, you will need to redeem the registration key in Origin to have it populate your My Games list.

What I've read on the forums is that it won't show up under My Games because it's not supported. It's successfully registered because the game icon is below your user icon here on the forum, but that's about it for here concerning ME2.

What I'm not sure about is if whether or not the in-game Cerberus Network should be available. I've downloaded the Cerberus pack from PSN using the code from the game box, but the computer in the in-game menu stays shut. Can someone tell me if it's supposed to open or not? (I guess the pack contains everything that you could otherwise download via that computer? If so I'm good.)

Edit - one more tiny question: on the EA website it says I've never been online with ME2, but I'm always connected to the EA servers when I play. What's its use anyway if I can't view any data on the game here on on the EA website?

Edit 2 - Dragon Age: Origins did update here and on the EA website, so my accounts should be synced okay, right?

Hello all,

Please click on My Games and scroll down to the Mass Effect 2 section. You will note that you have the option to now Remove Registration for Mass Effect 2. I have made sure you are all registered for your PS3 copies since my last post.

While Mass Effect 2 will not show up if you hover over the My Games tab, it has been registered if you click My Games. Also, you can verify it has been registered by looking under your avatar on a forum post. Each icon indicates a different game that has been registered. For Mass Effect 2, you should see a red box with the white 2.

I also have all of the DLC purchased for me PS3 version. Was wondering if I could have all the content unlocked for PC version as well?? Like Dragon Age 2 is... I have PC version but all of my dlc is available free of charge on both 360 and ps3

Add my name to the list of users who bought the game via PSN and now have no means of registering it. Had the same problem with DA:O, so it seems to me that BioWare/EA should have already been aware that this would happen with the PSN release of ME2, but I guess that is asking too much of them.
