Hi!
I just got my copy of Mass Effect 2 for PS3 yesterday. I am having trouble redeeming my code also.
Is it meant to input this 12-digit (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) code in redeem code page? I am from Finland and my Mass Effect 2 is BLES-01133 and I have the 1.03 patch. Game connects to EA servers fine.

Have I understood correctly, that:
1. you got PSN Store and input the code, and download content. (I did this successfully!)
2. you still have to register at Bioware social and redeem the code here. Why? (redeeming the code at here Bioware social fails)

I'm having the same problem. I tried calling EA Support and they told me to reinstall ME2 on my PS3. I *really* don't want to do that.

Can someone please help me? I would love to be able to chat on the different ME forums.

I registered my game but it doesn't even appear on "Your registered game content." All the contents that I have from Dragon Age I/II are listed but not ME2. I signed on to EA server in ME2 on the PS3 and redownload all the DLC for it. Is this a known problem?

Replaying an old save for 2 on the digital version, and there's obviously no UPC, so am I screwed?

I spoke to several EA Origins representatives since last Tuesday, and they all haven't a clue what can be done... I just don't get how it can all easily register on the Playstation Network (it being third-party and all), but on their OWN website, it's all wonky.
