Share here your feelings, both good and bad, while you wait for Dragon Age II. And be nice to your momma and daddy.

Aside from my misery playing Dragon Age: Origins "Not optimized for multi-core processors resulting in crashes every 15-30 minutes" version, I'm content waiting until March. :P

There's nothing that suggest that DAII will be optimized for multi-core and crash/memory leak any less than Origin, so most likely your misery will extend far beyond the second title in the franchise as long as it's using the same engine. As for my "feeling" for the game, I've already conviced myself that it will be nothing like Origin and will treat the game as another ME2. Not that I didn't enjoy ME2 immensely, which I did, but I just don't expect the same amount of freedom we had in Origins when it comes to how we want to play the game. The apparent lack of modding tool on release also worries me because we have to go at least a few months without any form of community patch. However, if ME2 is any indication, by limiting player choices/custominzation, Bioware will probably be able to deliver a much more refined experience than DA:O, at least that's is my hope.

I worry they nerf Issie's boobs. Or make her wear pants. I am not sure are my worries realistical, but anything can happen. How I can tell them Issie is fine!

Hi, my name is Images and I'm a Bioware addict. I've been clean for...

...

*breaks down crying*

I failed! I've been taking my post suicide mission Shepard round every single area of the entire galaxy map to see if there is a single side mission I missed and I've made an excel chart to keep track of the decisions my wardens have made so my final playthroughs have a sufficent ammount of differences in the major choices!

Thank you for this support group. Inner strength everybody! Inner strength!

(The sad part is, this is %100 true)

They have done the freaking nerf now. I am doing my best to not wanting to make them suffer.

Edit: Hmm, thanks Images, I shall finish my ME series playthrough and toss DA to the trash bin.

Brilliant? Its driven me mad!

Every time I thought it was perfect there was some niggling detail. With one character in each origin I started getting annoying patterns like having all my males as warriors or both my elves as rogues or an imbalance in the number of times someone got to be king.

Hey it was raining outside and I was bored with a hangover! Its my weird cure...

But it did feel like this.

I tried planning some play throughs using post-it notes.

Unless you're looking to gain a strange new fetish, I do not recommend it.

I had a notebook in which I'd jot down what decisions I made and why so I could remember how to keep roleplaying that character in sequels. Oh, wait, we're not playing our wardens again? Completely brand-new character? *tosses out notebook*

Dear developers

I would like to say some things and don't want to b*tch about it or something. I really look forward to play DA2 but I had some release issues with Bioware/EA in the past. First I had some problems with Dragon age Origins and the DLC's on the Ultimate Edition. I just bought ME2 yesterday and have to wait till Friday to redeem my DLC because the European servers aren't active yet  and my first copy of the game didn't have a DLC code and it was sealed so i had to bring it back to the store. (off topic I had the same problem with Bad Company 2). And even then there seem to be A LOT of technical issues with ME  Why do you have to wait 2 days to play a game that you pay the full price for it :( So I'm really looking forward to m on the PS3 Signature Edition that will arrive on my birthday but I got the feeling that I will have some problems with DA2 DLC's too. So PLEASE Bioware/EA check your products before you release them. I know you guys are improving your services and EA services are really grate but small issues like that ruin the experiences for us. Grtz

I call these symptoms Mass Effect syndrome. ;)

I worry that the pre-order bonuses are not currently advertised by any UK retailers for the PC. :crying:
Seriously. Please BioWare, I would like my shiny Fadeshear sword and Lion of Orlais shield.

Er, not to contradict you necessarily, but I have a multi-core processor (and 2 graphics cards in SLI configuration) and never had a single crash of this kind.  Granted, if I played for more than, mm, about 6 hours the looooooading sccccrrrrrrreeeeeeeennssss goooooooooooootttttt reallllly sloooooooooooooooooow, but no crashing.  The only crashes I experienced were definite bugs in very specific places.

Get yerself some more memory maybe?  In general it's pretty cheap and helps bridge the gap when there ain't any other fixes available.  I just got some more, myself, because I'm planning to finally install Windows 7.

That and turn off the 40 bazillion things you have running in the background. :P

I'm worried that I might not get to see Fenris naked because of his "issues". I can't wait for you forever, Fenris!

Also Varric's chest hair is like the hypno-toad of Dragon Age. I can't stop staring...Must obey the chest hair. How am I supposed to save Kirkwall if his chest hair consumes my mind?

Lol, you will get used to it. I thought too at some point that Issy's boobies would be immersion breaker for me for the same reason. Then I realized that no, it would not be immersion breaker. My game experience would just change :D
