I bought the weapon packs off of PSN, how do I access the weapons? And since it says in another post that you can not access the 2nd laptop on the start screen, how do you access the weapons and armors that it says come with it on the back of the box? Thank you.

You need to get into the Normandy first...
Check your mail and you will receive info on new weapons and armor (everytime you get a DLC it will correspond to your mail in the game as if it has been shipped to you, so always check it first after buying the DLC)
Then you need to go to the Weapons bay where Jacob is, On your left from your behind from the galaxy map. You will find the weapons rack.. And there you can access the weapons.
