I need help spending points and talents for an Archer Duelist Bard build, is anyone that is experienced can help me out?

If you are taking Cunning past 30, aim for Lethality.

Dirty Fighting line (3)

Stealth (4)

Deft Hands (4)

Then depending on which weapon you wish to focus, take the top tier of both, and the bottom tier of your focused weapon.

um, to try and understand correctly you are saying take the first and 3rd line of both duel weapon and archery?

Momentum is a key talent for DW, and Scattershot is another for Archery. Both middle tiers are valuable too, but are not as much for a Rogue using a Cunning build.
