If i was writing a book and wanted to use the quote "Rage is an hell of an anesthetic" could i?

I don't see why not. Zaeed only said it once, so it's not a catchphrase and certainly not copyrighted. Can you imagine "Rage is an hell of an anesthetic"tm?
