CITY 17!!!

The Illusive Man: A right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world. So wake up, Commander Shepard. Wake up, and smell the ashes.

Omg!!! I never realized how much that quote applies to Mass Effect and Commander Shepard.

But also I said city 17 both as a joke and as a realistic idea

Obviously not a carbon copy of HL2 but I mean they could have cities which are combinations of many differant places in one. City 17 was modelled on many differant eastern european cities merged into one obviously by the time of mass effect new cities will have sprouted up like New Delhi, If dubai has taught us anything its that with enough money you can make a new city anywhere you want.

By the time of Mass Effect most main cities will have grown large enough to swallow up their neighboring cities, I could picture hamburg becoming a suburb of Berlin by this time or London spanning the entire southern half of the british isles.

San Francisco and Hong Kong. My favorite Earth cities. Also Paris, as my FemShep is half-French.

The Reapers better not go to Paris, the French have a secret weapon:

Weeeeeeeeellllllllllll.... Hamburg as a suburb of Berlin would go a little far. That'd be like saying that half of Germany is a single city in 2185. However, the dozens of cities around the river Ruhr in Germany are already pretty close to being a single city, so I could fathom a couple of Megalopolises in Western Germany, one around the Ruhr and one around the Rhine. And another one right next to them spanning most of the Netherlands (afaik already the most densely populated country on earth).

However, I'd love to see Istanbul, Dubai and Beijing in the Endgame, but it's not gonna happen. Paris would be nice too and I'm really looking forward to seeing London, which I'm taking as a given.

San Diego, CA. Assuming the San Diego Zoo is still the finest in the world, I bet they have all sorts of crazy alien animals too, and maybe even some then went extinct and have been cloned back to life, like they were trying with that mammoth I saw on that one Discovery Channel special.

That would be a trip.

Unless some kind of solution is acheived...Venice may be an underwater Tourist dive-site by then.
I like the idea of visiting San Francisco...but that may be the Star Trek Fan in me talking...beautiful City in RL.

The beaches of Normandy. No one's ever been there, right?

More seriously, Mass Effect has a distinct lack of non-white humans overall. And this is the future: I'd like to see South America, India, or East Asia. America's too popularized, Europe's done too much, and Africa would call cries of Halo.

London, simply because I'm English and play an Infiltrator Shepard. The idea of sniping waves of enemies (even if they are indoctrinated) from a ruined Big Ben appeals to me no end.

Seeing my home town would be cool, esp if you could see various alien fauna about... though unless the reapers are taking out major military towns first, don't see San Diego making the list.
Nairobi, Brugges, Dublin & Algiers are the cities I'd like to see. Anywhere non-cliche that's full of history would be a dream though.
I'd like to see Detroit too, if only to see if the populace even realized there's a reaper invasion with the choas abound. Posted Image
Really though, if we see any major cities that are in existance today, I'd prefer to see them in a news clip reel. Shepard sitting there watching the news vid, pictures of various cities flashing on screen as the head of Walter Cronkite explains that earth is being attacked by an 'unknown alien force...'

I would really like to see Warsaw in Poland during Reaper invasion. Damn, they'd loose their tentacle guns because of our super advanced roads (sarcasm).

I'd be really happy if we get to visit London. It would be great if Fulham Broadway was featured. Maybe my showroom could become Shepards favourite store on the Earth.

Other than that, St Petersburg. For no reason other than it is my homecity.
