Also when should I do the side quests that require you to go to certain planets? Not talking about the side quests on planets like tuchanka, citadel, etc.
Should I get all teammates first before doing loyalty quests?

The way I do it, is by starting to make recruitment my number one priority, then gain the team's loyalty, then do any remaining missions (e.g. N7 missions). In short, it goes like this:
1. Recruit everyone.
2. Get everyone's loyalty.
3. Do sidequests and finish up any unfinished business.
4. Reaper IFF > Legion > Endgame
Of course, there are smaller things inbetween, but those can be done however you like. Overall, I think this is the most logical way to go through ME2. It's what I always do.

Depends on who you roll with. I found that by recruiting first and doing loyalty after gives you less hassle about point allocation. Lets you save for your squadmate's loyalty power.
For efficiency sake, I'd rather not use up ship fuel to travel to planets beyond necessity. Need the extra cash for upgrades

You could always do all the scan missions before recruiting then pick up the neccessary people to advance the game and unlock new areas.
But I also do the recruiting first since time is short, until a certain mission.

It may cause problems with argument-solving if you don't pure paragon or pure renegade during the recruitments and do recruitments before solving conflicts

I always Miranda and Jack's loyalty missions as soon as they are avialable since the earlier you do them the less points are required to break up the fight.

Surely if you wanna save everyone you have to do loyalty quest before go in derelict reaper, but after Horizon you can easily alternate LQ, side quests and recruitments, to make thing less linear. Or at least is what I like to do...

Leave Tali's loyalty till after the Reaper IFF. That way you have time to take Legion to the Flotilla, do Legion's loyalty mission, and do the Suicide Mission without losing any of the crew.

You can actually do everyone's recruitment and loyalty mission except Legion's prior to getting the IFF. If you do so then Legions's loyalty mission comes up as soon as he is recruited and then you can go straight into the Suicide Mission.
I do it this way to make sure Kelly gets saved.

Kind of this. What I usually do after Horizon is Haestrom, then Miranda's loyalty mission, then Thane and Samara recruitment, then Pragia. This is partly to minimize the difficulty of the Miri/Jack loyalty fight and partly because doing Miri loyalty before the recruitment missions means you have to land on Illium one fewer time than otherwise.JedTed wrote...

Fair enough, I just like taking Legion to the Migrant Fleet for the reaction, and I guarantee you still get to save Kelly If you do the Fleet, Heretic Station, then Omega 4.

I usually do Miranda's loyalty as soon as I get it cause she looks better in black. After that it depends on the class I am playing and what upgrades I want first.

Recruit everyone but Legion.
Do everyone loyalty, but Tali's.
Get Legion, bring Legion on Tali loyalty, do Legion loyalty and after crew abduction do Suicide Mission.
