hi i have just redeem my promotion code for incisor and collectors amours and also install the files but how do i get it in game i cant find it anywhere

and also how do i change diferent weapons in this game, theres no inventory window like the 1st one

There are weapon lockers at various places around, the most common known one in the Normandy armory (where Jacob resides).

The first armor locker you encounter is just after meeting the Illusive Man. You can also find one in Normandy, Captain's quarters.
