Yeah that's what I mean. The story ain't over yet. If there are more markers then it means that there are still necromorphs left in the galaxy. They left more questions than answers. Isaac created the markers. Like wow what a twist. Well, if they ever gonna make a third game I hope they won't kill Ellie.

my theory about the ending is that he suddenly 'remembered' where all of the other markers are since he's 'linked' to them and he's going to tell Ellie where they are so they can go destroy them.
other than that, I don't have an explanation for that strange ending.. LOL

When they are making a third game they should really get rid of that script that makes every corpse twitch in a room when you open the door.
I know, they're trying to be super-scary with it to make it feel like "Ohmigawd, there were like 20 Morphs in here until I opened the door", but in action it just looks ridiculous and its glitchy as hell... leg stuck in floor anyone?
Edit:
That strange ending is a reference to the ending of the first game. When Isaac looked to the co-pilot's seat, he saw zombie-nicole sitting in a corner, just before she jumped at him and made him go insane/pass out.
Instead, there is just Ellie, smirking and asking "what?", while Isaac just breathes out, ultimatively relieved.

I was not even expecting that at all! I thought it was going to be some sort of 'sexy unboxing'
