Some type of virus that triggers multiple individual relays that are really black holes. However the multiple virus that effects everyone has probably been done to death but its so many Reapers.

maybe we find another race of sentient machines that appose the reapers and are like their polar opposite...The reapers sole purpuse it to destroy all life in the galaxy and maybe this other races sole purpose it to perserve life... just a thought i had

I don't think that cannon would be effective against today's Reapers... it was built over 3 million years ago, the Reapers are evolved. And it isn't an ultimate weapon against them, its creators were wiped out, even if they could destroy one Reaper.

They don't evolve.  They already see themselves as perfection.

As far as how we'll destroy them...
Step 1: Secure the Keys

Step 2: Ascend from Darkness

Step 3: Unleash the Horde

Step 4: Rain Fire

Step 5: Skewer the Winged Beast

Step 6: Wield a Fist of Iron

Step 7: Raise Hell

Step 8: Freedom!

That quote works surprisingly well.

well maybe they have yet to be discovered? or maybe like the reapers in ME1 the need an agent to summon/release them

Rachni most certainly do. They are mentioned in Mass Effect 2, and the queen in ME1 has to leave the planet somehow. I don't think we've seen a Krogan space ship just yet.
