There's Seheron, Anderfels, Orlais, Antiva, Rivain, Par Vollen, Nevarra, and the Tevinter Imperium.

I'm personally hoping to play through Orlais and learn more about its history with Ferelden.

From all we hear about Orlais in Origins it would not surprise me if we find ourselves adventuring through it's lands at some point, and I'd totally enjoy it. The Tevinter Imperium is also another area I'd like to see considering how heavily involved it was in the darkspawn's history, not to mention it would give the chance to view magic and how it is treated by society from a completely different perspective.

If a good, coherent story can come out of it, I'd like a grand tour of Thedas. Failing that, Tevinter seems like an interesting setting.

Orlais gets my vote - Was a little frustrating to see "West to Orlais" on the edge of the map and not be able to go there hehe

The fade, be really interesting if the entire game takes place in the fade dealing with the origin of darkspawn and the final 2 archdemons. It'll be Dragon Age with a Planescape: Torment twist to it.

Orlais and Tevinter are good suggestions. At some point, I'd like to go back in time and play through the first blight, before the deep roads were ruins and most people knew next to nothing about the darkspawn. Also, if Dumat was supposed to be the most powerful of the old gods, I'd like to see how a fight against them would be compared to Urthemiel. The codex has me curious to see what that time was like.

I'd have to go with the Anderfels first then Orlai. Visit Weisshaupt would be on my agenda.

Though I would like to see either the Tevinter Imperium or Orlais, DA 2 only covers Kirkwall (I think).
So there is a possibility that we return to the Free Marches in DA 3.

If it's a darkspawn showdown, then I would like it based around and Weisshaupt in the Anderfels and Minrathous in Tevinter. If you look at a map, they're not too far apart. If map was going to be bigger than that, then I'd want it widened to include the dwarven city of Kal Sharok and Hossberg the capital of the Anderfels.

If it's not a darkspwan showdown, then Val Royeaux in Orlais would be cool. It would have to be spectacular after everything we heard. Ferelden dislikes Orlais so much that I find myself interested in seeing Val Royeaux and the people within it.

Since Ferelden is considered "backwater" then it makes for a great starting point for the Dragon Age series, because every game after it would be able to provide more spectacular cities. I'm sure that was part of the plan.

If it is Orlais whose chicks have that French accent, then in Orlais (supposing all Orlain chicks would have that accent.)

Tevinter or Antiva. These places personally interest me the most, either for their history or society.

What I'd also like to see at some point would be a game that's set during the time of the first Blight. Wouldn't it be neat to experience how it was before everyone knew what awaits them, and if there were still Griffons to ride on?

If/when a third game comes out I would indeed love to see my Warden again. As far as where he would journey in the third installment, I would guess a blending of more Ferelden paired up with Orlais.

Edit: I would also love to see him journey to Tevinter
