Mass Effect 3 on Earth...Realy?

Mangeo Says....

I always knew that the Mass Effect series would eventualy go too Earth.
Although i never expected it to nearly base an entire game on our planet,
I mean this is Mass Effect for Salarian sake it isnt supossed to be based on Earth alone!
(Like every other game out there)
Yea there will most likely be other locations in the game but it will probably just be Earth for the
most part!This is the exact same mistake that made Mass Effect 2 such a colosall disapointment in my opinion!
Drew Karpyshyn created the Collecters in the Mass Effect Ascension novel But i never expected they
would actualy base the entire sequal on the species.There was so much more to explore in Mass Effect 2
than that plot shortfall of a species known as the Collecters!
What is John Shepard going to say?   "Sorry Garrus im going to Earth worry about your own planet,nice knowing ya!"Image IPB

I guess the idea is that Earth is the Reapers' first primary target. Vigil talked about a syatematic, slow destruction, as if they went from planet to planet. So maybe Earth is the only place under heavy attack for the time being.

Why would they fly half way through the galaxy,passing many planets on the way just to get to us first?

Because we're the main ingredient to making a finely prepared Reaper.

I can only assume the reapers really enjoy their human smoothies... human colonies didn't offer enough to meet the demand so they're going straight for the sweet, sweet source.

Although i think any species machine or not would want to stay as far away from a Hot topic as possible.

This seems like an overreaction. I don't believe it's been said that the majority of the game takes place on Earth. Only some missions do.

The reaper from ME2 was not killed by shepard!

I jumping in to the correction bandwaggon. i only count 1. Herbinger  is still alive and if you mean the one that shep gained IFF, was dead from before.

I can't see the problem.



Shepard is rallying every important race in the galaxy to save Earth at the end. And hopefully destroy the Reapers once and for all. Simple.



It makes the Earth sound like it's the center of the galaxy, I'll admit that, but I don't really care as long as it's well executed.
