Im having an issue trying to get to the Engineering Deck.  The only time the game locks ups is while loading the Engineering Deck area of the Normandy.  

I've had no other problems with the game other than that. no matter what i do when i do it i can never get to the Engi Deck.  

Any possible solutions?
