Try a different browser. I think Firefox has some problems with it, but it should work in a chromium-based browser.

To take a stab in the dark: if it works at school but not at home, it could be your firewall blocking something.

I turned off my firewall and it didn't help either. And also, as I have mentioned, I have tried it in Linux and even that didn't help. I suspect that it is hardware related. Now, I have found out that the same thing happens on one of my friend's machine as well and we both have an AMD processor... so that may be the problem. If I am right then I really hope that it will be fixed, because I won't change my CPU for the sake of this game.

Wow, your processor. I didn't know a Facebook game could be so picky.

Could it be a problem with you Flash Player? I'm assuming you've already tried updating it. It seems too obvious to be the problem, but I can't think of anything else. Like you said, maybe your CPU, but I haven't got a clue.
