I want to thank those of you suggesting that we talk directly to EA Live support. I just received a Ser Isaac's Armor code (I purchased DS2 through direct2drive). It took maybe 15 minutes, and half of that was waiting for the queue to clear. The rep I talked to (Fred) was very helpful.

Wow EA has made everything right! I now have the Ser Isaac's Armor available on all 3 platforms, not just the PS3! Plus I now have the Hayder's Razor from the xbox demo I finished available on all 3. I also now have the Fadeshear Sword and Lion of Orlais Shield available on all 3 platforms but I only preordered the PC version.

I'm impressed... They did the right thing and then some...

Indeed, the support chat works wonderfully if you can survive the waiting queue (it gets pessimistic after a while, apologizing profusely instead of telling you how much longer you have left to wait). If only they could modify the system so that harassing the poor support folk wasn't necessary - the guy I got to talk to apparently handled this issue more than once today =)

Oh drat. I bought DS2 for 360 and I've preordered my SE for PS3. I still haven't used the Ser Isaac code, but from what I understand the code only unlocks the armour for the PC and 360 versions while playing DS2 on PS3 unlocks it across all platforms? Guess I'll have to track down a cheap rented copy or something. Too bad there's no Gamefly or similar around these parts.

I'm bought both games in the "igromagaz.ru" and meet the similar situation. It was fixed in 5 minutes with EA support. Good work.

Contact EA support (not Dragon Age/Bioware or Steam).  Once in live chat with them, tell them that you bought both games, and that you have the cd keys in hand.  Also, tell them that Steam told them you had to get the code from them.  They'll ask for your user info, as well as the Dead Space 2 cd key to verify it.  Give them the info, and they'll add it to your list of promotions here on the site.  You can find your cd keys by right clicking the game in question in your Library on Steam.  Both Steam and Bioware gave me the run around, but the above method had the issue fixed inside of ten minutes.

I must have missed something - read through the thread heard that PS3 DS2 owners will not get DS2 armor in 360 DA2. Then I read that EA unlocked it all across platforms and it should just appear in my account here. I have enabled online both online passes for DS2 and DA2, what else do I need to do? I don't have any other codes to use - I have the signature content, blood dragon stuff, etc. What am I missing here?

My son is getting DS2 for his Xbox360 and I am getting DA2 for my PC. How do I have to set it up so that I can enter the code for my Bioware account?

@Homer_S  From the information I've read, the xbox version of DS2 has the DA2 code printed on a leaflet so you would register it to your Bioware account as any other code that came with DA2.  Haven't received my DS2 yet, so I can't confirm.  Supposedly, only the PS3 version automatically adds the item to the account that is signed in when DS2 is started.

Well, I guess this explains it then.

the blood dragon armor is from DA Origins .. if you got it on DA origins you'll get it on DA2 also .. what im wondering is do you just have to play DS2 while login on your PSN acc to get the Ser Isaac armor? or do you need to register DS2 also? .. if its just play DS2 while login in then ill be looking for used DS2

Talk to an EA rep and explain to them that you own Dead Space 2 on Steam, however you didn't receive a code to unlock the Sir Isaac's Armour, supply them with your Steam cd key for Dead Space 2, they will give you a key to register on the social.bioware.com site. After you are done registering you should see you DLC on " http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php " page when you are logged in there.

I baught Dead Space 2 for PS3 however play DA on PC. Is there a possibility to change this for PC or do I have to purchase a DS copie for PC if i want to have this armour?

i just bought a copie of dead space 2 (exuse to buy it with the extra armor was gone w8 for 30 euro or lower) but mmm how the hell do i get the armor ... becouse if i put my seriaal in it doesn;t work
