Promo makes little sense to me (as I said in some other thread a while back). It's an EA thing.

*edit to add:  Heavy armor for a Rogue?  Doesn't seem to match with the new ninja-rogue style of DA2 . .

The requirements are "high Dex and Cun", which definitely makes it rogue armour (that other classes can use, if they're built in a specific way)

Eh. I'll pass. It looks a bit cool, but like the HAL armor for Fable II, it breaks immersion too much.

I would assume the code comes with all new copies of DS2 and the code will work if used before expiration.

No thanks, All the other full armour sets I have in gotten in ME and DA tend to just rust in the suply closet or sit in the Dwarven merchant cart.

The armor is cool and I'll get the game eventually once it drops in price. I really liked Dead Space but I agree the armor isn't worth getting a game that you won't play. Dead Space 2 looks cooler than Dead Space was.

^^ this.  The high dex and cun requirement screams "rogue".  I admit the heavy armor aspect seems to make it viable for a warrior, but honestly, without dual wield, why would I bump dex on a warrior?

And yes, it's in every box of DS2.  Problem is, DS2 seems to be a game very unlike DA (from the little I gleaned off a few quick webpages) and not of interest to me.  At all.

I was going to wait for the price of DS2 to drop first. But This just gives me reason to grab it on launch. I loved the original Dead Space. The environments were amazing.
