I've raised a bug report for minor DLC compatibility issues with standalone campaigns.
I'm aware of issues with Stone Prisoner (spurious codex entry and rewards 2DA override). IIRC other issues have been mentioned in the past, so please add to the report if you can.
There is a certain irony in being awarded the Cord of Shattered Dreams when you're expecting one of your own campaign items...

With the rewards, I now just use scripts. I can never figure out how it really handles XP.
I'm interested in an override for the Shale codex plot, though. Even AmstradHero couldn't remove that one, last I checked.

Yes, I've always been a big fan of scripts, but sometimes tables are more convenient.
I find that the rewards table generally works well, allowing me to keep a running total of XP for the campaign on the spreadsheet. It's easy to change when quest details are revised.
By design (for reasons unknown) the XP awarded to the player is exactly half the value specified in the rewards table, as noted in the wiki. Not a problem once you know.
