After trying to redeem the cerberus code using the EA site I finnaly did with my email that is linked with my XBL, but my XBL will not link with my EA. My GT is HabitableLyric and it will not let me fix it and I can not find the link to email support. PLEASE HELP. Thank you

Explain to them what you've been trying to do and which account you're trying to change, because it sounds like you're using different emails for your EA account and your XBox Live account.
