I downloaded Pinnacle Station last night, and the download seemed to go off without a hitch. The problem is, when brought up my saved game, I couldn't access it, and there was no indication that it even existed. How do I get to it?

Have you been granted Spectre status yet? It wont show up until you are a Spectre.
