Odd. Go into the last tab of the character sheet and make sure she isn't in puppet mode. Also, right click on your character and go into the "issue command" option and see if "follow" , "attack nearest" or any of the other party commands fix things.

I don't understand what do you mean. The squad dies for the fifth time cause that stupid Nishka doesn't even want to start doing anything about the enemies, plus the idiotic green gal, the priest. She is totally useless as well. I have now to fight ogres and I just die without Elani and Khelgar.

The last tab of the character sheet has a bunch of options for how the AI should control your characters when you aren't. One of the first (if not the first) should be Puppet Mode. You should make sure this is turned off. Puppet mode turns off the AI so a character will do nothing unless the player is controlling the character.
Other than that, the only suggestion I have is to use the party commands (reached by shift+left clicking on your currently controlled character and picking the sub menu from the menu that pops up) to try to get the character to start acting.

Well, I tried to do all that but nothing worked.
I've just kicked Nishka from my party and all the other characters are OK.
Now I'm in the beginning of act III.
ANother question: Is there a way to change your character's look during the game? I mean, probably change some game file or something like that. When I was creating my character, I've chosen some bastard-looking guy cause I thought I'm gonna be a bad guy, but now I became a good guy and I enjoy it.
So, any way to change your character's appearance?

Aww, another problem. Now in Act III no character in my pyrty movesat all. I mean they dont use AI. Tried everything but nothing works.
