How do you want Shepard to die if there was an option to get him killed in ME3?

Basically like a Badass Mofo man, taking out way more than he should be able to.
Also, like Halo's Spartans do in the books, take a crap load of damage but still fight on. That would be awesome.

"Send me out with a bang."
"Didn't somebody else say that before dying sir?"
"Shut up."

I would love to see a paragon ending where Shep has to die to defeat the reapers. Would make for a great ending of the trilogy.
Something similar to Terminator 2 finale would be my choice.

Shepard, alone on the Normandy, sends the ship through a mass relay and directly through Harbinger.
This. But there better be a decent ending too....self-sacrificing endings are so incredibly overdone.

In ME1, they pulled a "the commander is dead! Oh noez! HOLY **** SHEPARD IS ALIVE!! YAY!!" moment.
In ME2, they kill Shepard at the beginning only to resurrect him minutes later and have his death a possible consequence for screwing up the suicide mission.
But if Shep-death must be in ME3 i want it to be optional.
If it must happen then i want them to take inspiration from Halo: Reach

...and this episode, Shepard gets 'Jesus of the Week' for rising herself from the dead!

We'll pay 15 bucks a month while EA dangles a carrot in front of us of maybe getting a Shepard storyline at some point with a content patch.
BTW all in good fun, I'm not bitter or trashing The Old Republic.

Yeah, that was definitely the coolest post-credits I've ever seen. And not unlike what I suggested above...

Sacrificing self to save others =/= wrong thing. Quite the opposite in fact.

Yes, I went with the Jack Sparrow approach. At least I didn't bring in Brian Blessed, oh wait too late...
