Grim Reaper....
Did it on hard about 20x, owned it, didn't get the achievement. 
Did it on nightmare about 20x, owned it, didn't get the achievement.

I thought maybe my playthrough of golems was busted so I went to start again and decided to go get some other good bows from awakenings just so I could do nightmare easier.... I noticed I had the rewards from the reaper and grim reaper achievements.

Basically, my game thinks I have the achievements when I don't..... How do I fix it.
