Hi all,
So I went to purchase 400 Bioware points a few days back, but towards the end of the process, the page suddenly displayed a "failed to connect" style error. Having checked my Paypal transactions quickly, I didn't see the completed transaction listed, so I made a second attempt, and suffered the same problem.
Only problem now was the fact that both transactions had in fact charged my bank account, but I've received no points for my trouble. I have opened a Paypal Disputes and Claims ticket with the EA Swiss Sarl group who handled my transaction (And previous ones that worked fine) and I've received no response there either. I would very much appreciate either a simple refund or to be given the points.

I did the exact same thing, I emailed customer service yesterday, but I haven't received a reply. I really hope I get refunded..

I wouldn't trust emails to get looked at.
I had this problem a few days ago getting points for some Mass Effect 2 DLC; there is clearly a problem with Bioware points working with Paypal if you look across these forums. Go to http://support.ea.com/chat (make an account if necessary) and get someone to handle it in person. Have your order numbers and email address ready as they will need both to verify your purchase - more than likely they will add the points manually.

Having problems purchasing BioWare points as well. Money is taken from Paypal acc. and then link is broken to site.
I have Emailed EA Support but have not had a reply.

Had OP's problem as well - it's pretty common by the look of things. Sent EA customer support an email, no reply for days. Shaexley you are a legend mate, just tried the live chat option (which I didn't know about) and it's all sorted in 10 minutes.
