When I start up the tool set everything seems to work fine, however the back ground is all blue instead of the grey that I have seen in the screenshots, the Toolset window is fairly small, and the border seems to be missing (this includes the window title that tells what it is and the close/ minimize /maximize buttons).
My Toolset isn't quite right

Umm thats how it opens on its own. Thats how it has opened since the first time I started it up, no I didn't hit any thing.
