Further, the comic is presented again, allowing you to make different choices, as well as being able to alter your characters appearance, which is not possible with an imported ME2 save in the 360 version.

I have also identified another potential bug for "new game+"; all of the Citadel rapid transport options are disabled except "Return to Normandy" and "Request New Squad Member".
When I highlight the disabled option "Presidium", the game displays "Current Location". However, I cannot activate any of these. Travelling via stairs to a diferent level and activating a different rapid transport console does not fix this.
Rebooting the PS3 does not help; to the contrary, my character is now stuck in a wall. I can recover from this by activating the rapid transit console and returning to the Normandy.
Choosing "Restart Mission - Zakera Ward" from the Load screen, then walking through the level 27 dock area and getting re-scanned seems to fix this. (note: Bailey had no speech options, but my selection of the middle option seemed to have been preserved nonetheless, as I was able to travel to the Presidium and get my Specter status reinstated)
Has anyone else run into this in New Game+? (ie, Import ME2 Save)

If it matters, you still get the mineral and credit bonuses, and the additional power you had.

I reported a couple of days ago about the citadel transport glitch. Its good to know I'm not the only one having this problem. It happened to me on my very first playthrough and now I'm worried about continuing with this game incase it screws me out of later things like Garrus loyalty mission when I need to transport to the warehouse.

I just don't understand how the game was released with so many bugs. Import issues, freezing, texture glitching, etc...What were the QA testers doing during the extra 2 months of "polish" before release?
Just to clarify, QA don't fix bugs, and realistically don't have much say in deciding what gets fixed. Best they can do is report issues.
Also, two months isn't nearly as much as it sounds. Especially since the release doesn't happen instantaneously, so the game itself needs to be ready a few weeks before that. Basically, the port was rushed.

I understand what QA testers do, as I have held QA postions before. The point is that these issues should have been previously found and reported so that they could be fixed. You are right, two months isn't much time but when the developer says that those 2 months were for "polish," one would expect to purchase a product with minimal issues. I've owned ME2 since day one on both PC, Xbox 360, and now PS3. For being the "definitve" edition, the PS3 release is the worst experience of all. For me and many others it is near-unplayable.

When developers say they need "a couple months to polish", it means the game falls apart on startup and no amount of overtime will make it even remotely playable by release date. Otherwise polish comes in as a patch a few days after release. Even then, hardly anything these days is released with minimal issues, even by the time it reaches GotY or similar edition.
