We're getting close to getting close to Dragon Age II's release and I'm still a bit unhappy about the lack of information I know on Bethany and Carver, especially their personality, does anyone know anything else? Apart from the whole class-chooses-which-one-survives-thing.

carver is the old god baby, and will constantly steal the PCs murder knife to shank passers-by with.

bethany is actually a sloth demon abomination, and will spend most of the game sleeping.

Do we really know anything about any companions Personality?

Being twins, Bethany and Carver have the exact same personality. They even have the same voice actor.

I'd like to have a decent idea of their personalities prior to release because, as Hawke, I am already meant to be aware of what they're like.

Varric and Isabela, true eniough. Though I'd argue Aveline

Reese is Bethany, Malcolm is Hawke and Dewey is Carver.

Frankly we don't know much about anybody. We know the most about Isabella *cause she was in DA:O* and thats about the only character we know somewhat well.



We've been given allot of info on Varric, but frankly, we still don't know what he'll really be like. Could be the dashing sex bomb all the fangirls want him to be... or he could be a sleazy and unloyal.

Well Carver will have a very stoic personality as he'll be dead and bethany will be much the same when I have the templars tranquil her.

You have to put family first.

I can see it now in Blothulfur's playthrough:

Mama Hawke: "Where's Bethany?"

Garret: "She broke her leg. We had to shoot her."

I'd always imagined hawke to be a bit taller

Erm you're assuming mama Hawke is still around unfortunately she suffered an accident while chopping wood and fell on her axe 35 times, very sad.

Hawke kept her wig and dress to wear when he's in a pensive mood though and her stuffed body has pride of place in the family dining hall next to bethany and carver.

Meal times are a family affair in the Hawke household.
