The keep is locked once you finish it's quest, is it possible to create a mod to unlock it?

I'm not sure we have access to the necessary source files to do that.

A bit disappointed that it is nothing but a courtyard once defeated, such a mod would be nice. Of course if Bioware did it, they'd charge us another $7 for it.

If it were up to BioWare, Wardens Keep would've been included in the Official Campaign as it was originally intended.

EDIT : The files are either in the AddIns or Offers folder in the BioWare directory. (in the User/My Documents) The folders containing the files are given the prefixes "dao_prc", 'Dragon Age : Origins', and (for those who played the premium modules from NWN1) 'prc' is an abbreviation for Premium Content.

Tbh I think they should have just gave away Wardens Keep on day one, and if anything, charge for Shale as the optional DLC. At least Shale is a great character, has loads of gameplay potential, 2 exclusive areas and loads of amusing conversation and would have been worth paying extra for. Wardens Keep on the otherhand.....30 mins play...whoopeee
