Anyone else notice this? AFter that Batarian bartender on Omega poisons Shepard you can't go back and confront him. The option to hit the X button is there but when you press it nothing happens!
Unfortunate but not a huge deal. If there is ever a patch or anything that is released I hope it fixes this minor issue.
Oh no! The bar quest in Omega is glitched!

I just did this one last night, was able to go back and speak to the bartender and made sure he got what was coming.
I did a little bit of running around before going back (re-entered through the main door to Afterlife) before going back downstairs to speak about customer service.

I see. I guess it's a glitch that only happens sometimes then. Maybe if I go back later it will work.

I had it happen to me once on PC version.
I saved my game, quit to main menu and reloaded the save. Worked fine after that.
You could also try saving and exiting ME2 and reloading just to be sure.
