After finishes Zaeeds misson and going to change his uniform i exited the terminal and everything was blue, I could barely make out the sillouhette of shepard walking around. It was bizzare.

Something similar to this just happened to me - went up to my room to feed the fishies and everything turned blue and green - wasn't the TV because the PS3 menu was fine and random bits of the game would appear fine as well.

Same thing happened to me after I tried exiting the Squad tab. It went from blue and black to some sort of technicolor nightmare. I could play, but it was bizarre-looking. Exiting and re-entering fixed it, but it was still annoying.

Happened to me just now. Fortunately it went away when I restarted the game. But it scared the crap outta me.
