lol, I don't see much to be curious about. Apparently Maric couldnt keep it in his pants. Alistair and Cailan even look alike.

If you read both of the books, you'd know that Maric took a liking to elves, and, well... one of his sons came from such a fling. To be more exact, you can find out the details by reading "The Calling." Very good book, by the way.

And ruin all of the fun? What good does that do? You can practically find that big spoiler all over these forums by looking in certain topics. But to drop a hint, events from this book foreshadow some of the younger characters we'll see in the game. Like the other prequel novel, "The Calling" takes place before most of our PCs and their companions births, but it's about this time that you see the likes of the current generation of people in Ferelden. Maric has had quite a bit to do with setting up the political situation in modern-day Ferelden as much as Loghain has, and his legacy goes into a more personal level, too. If you'd really like to know, I could send you a PM. But for now, I'll keep it hush hush unless someone else wants to pull out spoilers.

OMG i am sooo disappointed! Game looks like NWN2....omg no more NWN2 graphics. this game has to be more like oblivion, with first person view.

I can't believe such a huge spoiler would be linked to a pre game release review. I am so upset.

I still am angry, really. I can imagine this would have been a huge spoiler, and now it's ruined.

The Alistair spoiler is not exactly new. The CC contained textfiles that mentioned it and the various possible endings that can happen because of that.

It's only one of several possible outcomes, but yeah, it's ridiculous that they would upload those images at all.  I've been reading spoilers, but I feel for those who didn't, have been following the story, and saw these.  It must be really frustrating for the writers and devs, too, who want people to experience the game as intended.

That being said, I think my female character is gonna have to have a hair pulling fight with Anora.  That man is MINE!

Wow, great shots. But totally spoilerific. I'm glad Alistair's fate isn't written in stone. I was afraid of that when I first heard about it in the other forum. But those shots are remarkable.

hm.. i'm sure there's quite a story behind this picture.  i wonder if it's just something that happens in the questline? or whether this is a result of not keeping your party members happy.

Just as a side note, I've noticed several different dragons in the screenshots, how many are there in the game? so far i know of the archdemon, the one that flemeth turns into, and at least one other (some of the screenshots seem to be slightly differing in appearance and/or location, may be just a different angle, or it could be a different dragon).
