I wouldn't kill wynne even if I wouldn't aprove her attiude...as far as I know she will be the best healer(especially because she is a spirit healer) in your party...and as far as I know from playing RPGs like Baldur's gate, and neverwinter nights a healer is ALWAYS very handy...So I most probably won't kill her...
