Okay, let's say I'm some dude from Germany and I'd like to play Dragon Age 2 with all bonus items in german - thats impossible right? Because the Belts and the Amulet of Ashes are regionally restrictet?

Well play.com apparently does ship to Germany so you should be able to get the code through them if you want to. And I'm sure the Irons belt will be on EBay fairly quickly.....although I'm betting it will also be going for a rather nice amount. So if you really really want all the DLC it should be possible, although potentially expensive. x_x

Since when is DLC region resticted? I'm sure I have used US DLC before in the UK.

Well the bonus items "The Irons" and "The Amulet of Ashes" are english-only, are'nt they?

So I rather worry about the compatibility of english-only-items and a non-english installation of Dragon Age 2

I can understand the Iron, but the Ashes only being avaible to Europe, now I am sad. I hate living in the states now.

im sure gamestop will have the amulet too since those two retailers often have the same pre-order bonuses

edit: on a side note i remember seeing somewhere people were asking if the ser isaac armor would have a health/mana meter like the rig does in the game




from what i can gather from this pic we might have the health meter of the rig or that might just be a special effect of the armor that is just a glowing bar of lyrium

Consider yourself lucky you didn't order from Amazon UK. Otherwise you'd be being screwed out of the Lion of Orlais shield and Fadeshear, like me and all the others who preordered the SIG edition from Amazon UK.

Did we have to pre-order the Signature Edition at gamestop to still get the shield and sword? Or is it included in all versions?

It's included in all preorders (except Amazon.co.uk it appears). Signature Edition OR Standard Edition, it don't matter. Just as long as it's preordered.

The only UK retailer that i HAVEN'T heard a rumour about them not offering the content is HMV.

Also, Amazon,fr, Micromania and Fnac won't be offering it apparently. The latter two didn't even know about the two items...

But amazon (us) has the DLC listed under Special Offers for a regular pre-order, so shouldn't the SE get it too?

Isn't that only the Death's Hand armor for the main DA Legends game though? Not for DA2? I could be mistaken....
