Yeah, I'm having the exact same problem you guys are. In-game it says you should keep all your heavy weapons, but the only ones I have are the Grenade Launcher and the DLC ones. What ticks me off the most is losing the weapon specialization; my vanguard hones his skills with an assault rifle for the last half of the game, and then can't even use it in NG+? Losing the Tempest SMG and my +25% melee shoulder pads really sucks too. I hope Bioware fixes this soon...I usually really love NG+.

Me too but my worry is that if they need a patch too fix it they are already concentrating on the save game one which is taking awhile to come out. How long it'll take them to fix this problem is anyone's guess.
