Bought Bioware points, but still have 0!

 Hi. I just bought 1600 Bioware points and as I paid, I get a message that the site is down, and I get the error message 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED)! Now my paypal account has been billed, but I haven't recieved the points! I also have an invoice on my Bioware account. What do I do?

Is there any way I can contact whoever manages the purchases?

You are at least partly correct, you have a SITE problem, but you still only have fellow gamers in here as the local residents.  Official support is on the EA Help site.  There is also a "POINTS" forum here, but once again, it's just members, not Bioware or EA in there on a constant basis. 

There is occasional overview in here from Jesse and some others; & I suspect something similar as the situation for "Points".

Situation resolved. I had a chat with customer service and they helped me out. Sorry for posting this on the wrong board

I wouldn't call it wholly "wrong"; it was the only place to deal with Points as a discussion area for a long while, until the other forum was eventually created.

I'm having this problem too. I tried to buy some points and it couldn't load the page.

Money was taken from my account yet I have 0 BW points. If I try and buy a DLC pack from the official DLC page it will also say I have 0 BW points. Although, when on that page, at the top right where it says my e-mail address "home" "add bioware points" and "manage accounts" If I click on manage accounts it sends me to a sort of transaction history.

There it also says I have 0 BW points but in the "account activity" it seems to list my purchase but under the column that says "date" it says pending. Under the "amount" column it says "message not found 10.00."

Do I just have to wait for the payment to clear or should it be instant? In which case I should probably contact support.

And, last question, where do I contact support? This is the most confusing way to acquire DLC and I don't see a any support links anywhere.

Had the same problem trying to get points, EA never answered emails so went through paypal resolution centre and got my payments refunded.

I still want to buy points so i can get the extra content packs.

Any assistance would be appreciated and a bit of input from EA support would be a bonus

Nothing has changed.  EA is still the ONLY official support, and this forum is still for discussing SITE problems.
